Przych\u00f3d, ul. Polna). B\u0119dzie ono wykonywane z wykorzystaniem urz\u0105dze\u0144 wodoci\u0105gowych b\u0119d\u0105cych jej w\u0142asno\u015bci\u0105, w szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci znajduj\u0105cego si\u0119 na terytorium Miasta odcinka sieci wodoci\u0105gowej.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 Realizacja zadania odbywa\u0107 si\u0119 b\u0119dzie zgodnie z Regulaminem dostarczania wody i odprowadzania \u015bciek\u00f3w obowi\u0105zuj\u0105cym na terenie Gminy.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 W ramach realizacji zadania Gmina b\u0119dzie wykonywa\u0142a uprawnienia i obowi\u0105zki przedsi\u0119biorstwa wodoci\u0105gowo-kanalizacyjnego przewidziane ustaw\u0105 z dnia 7 czerwca 2001 r. o zbiorowym zaopatrzeniu w wod\u0119 i zbiorowym odprowadzaniu \u015bciek\u00f3w (Dz.
